Delivery area
We deliver to all regions of Uzbekistan and to international destinations. Courier delivery within Tashkent; postal services (BTS, EMS) to the regions and abroad.
Delivery time
Tashkent — 1–2 business days; regional centres — 2–3 business days; international orders — 7–14 days. Orders enter fulfilment once paid in full.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost depends on the destination and parcel size and is agreed with the operator when the order is confirmed. You may inspect the product in front of the courier.
Payment methods
All orders are accepted on 100% upfront payment only. Payment is made via Hamkorbank acquiring with UzCard, Humo, Visa and Mastercard. Cash on delivery, installments and credit are not available.
Receiving your order
When receiving the product, check the packaging and contents. If you find a defect, call +998 33 601 0000 immediately — we will resolve it under the Returns Policy.
