Returns & Exchange Policy

This policy is drafted under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Protection of Consumers' Rights" (O'zRQ-221) and the Law "On Electronic Commerce", and sets out how goods purchased on safistore.uz can be returned or exchanged.
1. Returning a defective product
1.1. If a product has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
1.2. The product must be returned with its complete set (packaging, accessories, warranty card, receipt).
1.3. Once the defect is confirmed, at the Buyer's choice the product is replaced, repaired, or the paid amount is refunded in full within 5 business days.
2. Returning a non-defective product
2.1. Under the law, a non-defective product that does not suit the Buyer (unused, sealed, presentation preserved) can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt.
2.2. This rule applies to products not listed as technically complex goods; smartphones and tablets must be unused with the factory film intact.
3. Return procedure
3.1. Call +998 33 601 0000 or write to alsafipremium@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
3.2. Our operator agrees the return/shipping procedure. Return costs for defective goods are borne by the Seller.
3.3. The refund is sent to the card used for payment within 5 business days.
4. Warranty service
4.1. All products carry the manufacturer's official 12-month warranty.
4.2. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, liquid ingress or unauthorised repair.
