Public Offer Agreement

1.1. The Seller sells phones, tablets and mobile accessories remotely through the safistore.uz online store.

1.2. Before ordering, the Buyer must read this Offer, the Privacy Policy and the Returns Policy in full.

1.3. The Seller may amend the Offer unilaterally; the updated version takes effect upon publication on the site.

2.1. Product information (name, specifications, price) is shown on the relevant product page. Images illustrate the general appearance of the product.

2.2. All prices are in Uzbek so'm and are final — no hidden charges are added at payment. Shipping costs are agreed separately.

2.3. The Seller may change prices on the site without prior notice; however, the price of a paid order is never changed.

3.1. The Buyer adds products to the cart, enters delivery details and places the order.

3.2. All orders are accepted on 100% upfront payment only. Payment is processed via Hamkorbank acquiring with UzCard, Humo, Visa and Mastercard.

3.3. Cash payment, cash on delivery, installments and credit are not offered.

3.4. Once payment is completed, the order enters fulfilment and an operator contacts the Buyer.

3.5. The Buyer must provide a correct phone number and address; the Seller is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.

4.1. Delivery takes 1–3 business days within Uzbekistan and 7–14 days for international destinations.

4.2. The shipping cost is calculated per address and agreed when the order is confirmed.

4.3. The Buyer must check the packaging and contents upon receipt.

5.1. All products carry the manufacturer's official warranty (typically 12 months).

5.2. Returns and exchanges are handled under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Protection of Consumers' Rights" (O'zRQ-221) — see the Returns Policy page.

6.1. The Seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information on the site and the declared quality of the goods.

6.2. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, actions of state authorities).

6.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or, failing that, in court under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
